If you purchase from us online or through our catalogues, we will deliver your order to your door anywhere within the Republic of South Africa.
Please take note of the following important delivery information:
- Delivery to your door for is free for all order from Inky and Splotch over R500, for orders under R500 a standard delivery fee of R65 applies.
- Once you have placed an order, you can on request be provided with a unique tracking ID that will allow you to track the status and location of your order at any time.
- For verification purposes, the person accepting delivery at the delivery address may be required to produce a form of identification. Any person other than yourself who receives the Products at the delivery address is conclusively presumed to be authorised to accept delivery on your behalf.
- Should no-one be in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will retain the Products and a notice will be left at the delivery address to this effect. Our representative will attempt to contact you to make new arrangements for delivery or collection. Inky and Splotch reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee should it be required to make a further delivery or collection if no one is at the delivery address to receive the Products or hand over the returned Products, as the case may be.
- If you are in a very remote corner of South Africa, we may need to arrange to deliver your order to the nearest accessible town, or in rare cases to cancel an order that cannot be delivered.
- If you are sending your order as a gift, please indicate this clearly in your order and include the message you would like to send along with the recipient’s delivery address.
- Subject to stock availability, your order will be processed by ourselves within 2 days, and will be handed over to our courier partner for delivery.
- In a case where items in your cart were purchased at different times, shipping times will be as per the item in your cart with the longest estimated delivery time.
- On delivery, the person accepting delivery shall be required to sign and print his/her name as against a duplicate copy of the Tax Invoice, to confirm receipt of the delivery. Inky and Splotch has outsourced all delivery and collection arrangements. Accordingly, Inky and Splotch shall not be liable for any damage suffered or loss incurred by reason of any acts or omissions of the deliverer, its owner, employees, sub-contractors, agents, representatives and/or affiliates.

Returns & Refunds
Should you be unhappy with any product that you purchased from us, we will gladly replace it based on the terms below:
- If you are not happy with your order, you can return your order within 7 days for a full exchange or credit note. There are no cash refunds, a credit note will be issued for your next purchase.
- The product must be in the same condition which you received it, in its original undamaged packaging and clearly unused.
- Returns can be made to our showroom in Highlands North, Johannesburg, or via courier to our warehouse. Details will be provided in response to your email.
- A credit note will be issued or items will be exchanged providing that the Product is un-used; un-opened; is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and you have taken care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit.
- Goods returned to Inky and Splotch are at your own expense.
- Unfortunately, delivery and package costs are non-refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us or are damaged in transit.
- In unusual circumstances where heavy administration is required, we reserve the right to charge a 10% admin fee on the original purchase price.
